01

Polypropylene (Danline) rope

Also called: danline rope, PP rope, polypropylene rope, split-film rope

The everyday working rope for fishing, aquaculture, mooring and rigging. Three-strand from 2 to 36 mm, four-strand from 16 to 36 mm, UV-resistant and abrasion-resistant as the maker specifies. Pick the diameter from the breaking-strength table with your own safety margin, and the colour or tracer yarn by how your crews tell lines apart.

02

HDPE monofilament rope

Also called: HDPE rope, polyethylene monofilament rope, PE rope, mono rope

For commercial and trap fishing, where the rope runs through line haulers and over gunwales all day. The maker lists abrasion resistance, shock loading and a smooth, easy-to-handle finish. Choose the diameter from the breaking-strength table; the maker lists sizes to 36 mm, so ask for the figures above 24 mm.

03

Polypropylene baler twine

Also called: baler twine, agricultural twine, hay twine, PP twine

For baling hay, straw and forage. The twine is specified by denier, the weight of 9,000 m of it, and by the coil that fits your baler. Tell us the baler model or the coil size you use now, and the colour your yard runs.

04

Cable-hauling rope

Also called: cable pulling rope, duct rope, cable hauling rope, telecom pulling rope

A soft-lay polypropylene rope for pulling telecom cable through HDPE duct. It floats and does not absorb water. It comes in one size and one coil length, so you order by the number of coils.

Representative illustration: a flat, tied coil of thin white rope, its end fed into a short length of black duct

05

HDPE rope in hanks and cones

Also called: rope hanks, rope cones, HDPE rope spools, rope on drums

The same ropes, packed the way a hardware shop or a workshop sells them: hanks and cones for the counter, plastic spools and wooden drums for long lengths. Tell us the pack size and the length per unit, and we quote it with the rope.

Choosing

Which one
for the job?

Polypropylene (Danline) rope
The general-purpose choice for fishing, mooring and rigging, where sunlight and abrasion wear a rope out.
HDPE monofilament rope
Where the rope runs through line haulers and traps and needs a smooth finish that takes shock loads.
Baler twine
For hay and straw baling. Choose by denier and by the coil your baler takes.
Cable-hauling rope
For pulling telecom cable through duct. One size, sold by the coil.
Diameter
Read the minimum breaking strength from the table and apply your own safety factor for the load, the knots and the wear you expect.

Questions buyers ask

Before you
order.

Which sizes and constructions can I order?

Three-strand rope from 2 to 36 mm and four-strand from 16 to 36 mm, in polypropylene or HDPE. Baler twine from 10,000 to 100,000 denier, and the cable-hauling rope in 6 mm.

How do I choose the diameter?

Start from the minimum breaking strength in the table, as the maker states it, and apply the safety factor your work needs for the load, the knots and the wear. If you tell us the job, we can suggest a starting size.

Which colours are available?

Yellow, white, blue, red, green and orange as running colours, with or without a tracer yarn. Other colours are made to order with the quantity.

What coil lengths and packing do you ship?

Coils of 100, 200 or 300 m or yards, or 300, 600 or 1,200 ft, with long lengths to order. Each coil goes in a plastic bag and then in woven bags. HDPE rope also comes in hanks, cones, plastic spools and wooden drums.

What quantity can I order?

Ropes ship by the container. Tell us the sizes, colours and packing forms you need and we confirm the load on the quotation.

Can I get samples first?

Yes, where it helps. Tell us the sizes and we confirm the sample and its cost on the quotation.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the sizes, the quantity and the port. We confirm the production and shipping time on each quotation.

Where are the ropes sourced, and which documents come with them?

From reliable makers in Asia. Every shipment comes with the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Origin papers and other documents your customs ask for are prepared on request.
